What excuse can a man use for killing his wife?

uk.yahoo.com/news/bubbly-university-student-strangled-death-tinnitus-suffering-estranged-husband-killed-145034454.html

This article makes it sound like a medical condition drove this man mad and he then killed his wife and tried to kill her son.

How is this possible to report this now like this!

Angela www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4555314/Husband-slit-wife-s-throat-cleared-murder.html

"Prosecutors claimed that Rhodes cut his wife's throat from behind in a 'coup de grace' manoeuvre during the final row in the dining room of the house in Earlswood.

But Rhodes was cleared of murder after he described to the Old Bailey how Dawn lashed out with a knife during a row and hit him over the head."

I had to look up -coup de grâce
ˌkuː də ˈɡrɑːs,French ku də ɡʀas/Submit
noun
a final blow or shot given to kill a wounded person or animal.
"he administered the coup de grâce with a knife"
synonyms: death blow, finishing blow, killing, dispatch; More
an action or event that serves as the culmination of a bad or deteriorating situation.
"Howarth delivered the coup de grâce with a penalty two minutes from time"

This makes no sense at all! Was he putting her out of her mysery like a wounded animal? No, of course not. So the second meaning of a an action or event as the culmination of a bad or deteriorating situation, doesn't fit with 'self defense' but does fit with a man enacting revenge.

What the actual fuck is going on!

www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/12052901/Ehsan-Abdulaziz-Saudi-millionaire-cleared-of-raping-teenager.html

"The jury acquitted Abdulaziz, of Maida Vale, of one count of rape after just 30 minutes of deliberations.

In his evidence, Abdulaziz demonstrated how the complainant had put her hand behind his head to pull her towards him, causing him to fall down.

"I'm fragile," he said. "I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened."

He said it was possible he had semen on his hands after the sexual encounter with her friend.

During the trial, Judge Martin Griffiths permitted the rare step of allowing 20 minutes of Abdulaziz's evidence to be heard in private."

My God, men must hate us more than I realised.

I think that's the same case as in the Independent article I linked to upthread, Italian. It is just unbelievable isn't it? "I tripped and fell into her vagina penis first." "Oh dear, poor chap, it's the sort of thing that could happen to anyone, off you pop without a stain on your character..."

Italiangreyhound · 15/12/2017 20:17

PricklyBall yes it is I looked up his name. The original article didn't seem to give the verdict. I could not believe he got off so I looked it up and yeah, it took the tossers in the jury 30 minutes to conclude that he had fallen on her. Even though he initially lied!

Fucking disgusting.

I was very disappointed with the Times article about this murder. When are men who annihilate their families going to be held accountable for their actions?
