Noticed she seems to have come off Twitter she ok does anyone know?

She gets banned regularly, hope she's ok.

There's a lengthy twitter feed under #glosswitch about it - looks like she has been banned. As one poster put it under that hashtag (I paraphrase): "definition of internet hate speech: anything that upsets a man slightly. Everything else is okay."

The mass reportings are ramping up. Transcrime was also targeted. If you DARE say anything other than "SO AMAZING AND BRAVE" you are going to get reported.

Fucking hell. She's one of my favourite feminist writers. And to think of some of the shit people get away with!

It is reminiscent of the conditioned response from The Manchurian Candidate. "Raymond Shaw is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life."
"I'm so happy for you and I support you." is currently being promoted as the only thing a "decent person" would say to anyone considering transition. Anything less than enthusiastic encouragement means you are not a "decent person".
It is getting creepier and creepier.
