Work event for Equal Pay Day?

Completely out of ideas for an hour long, work event focused on women that we can run for Equal Pay Day in November.

We do lots of good work around equal pay and the pay gap but I would like to have a topic to discuss which might be of more interest and stimulate some debate?

Any ideas?

Have you tried a negotiating workshop?

Or an hour collaboratively creating info graphics based on company and industry numbers/figures?.

What kind of thing have you done in the past?
