Guardian

She says she made it clear to him that she was only interested in work and that nothing else was going to happen. She describes him becoming 'furious' and basically frog-marching her to his room. Luckily, his key card malfunctioned and he couldn't get in to the room, so he physically escorted her out of the hotel, while warning her not to breathe a word about what had happened to anybody.

It sounds bloody terrifying. I absolutely relate to her description of her whole body going in to 'high alert' - I imagine most women have been in a similar situation at some point. And if his key card hadn't malfunctioned........? Absolutely sickening.

A man that warns his victim not to say anything demonstrates he knows what he is doing is wrong, will be seen by others as wrong, and is doing it regardless.
Saying 'no' has no effect, they care more that other people think well of them.

Time for men to step up now.
