TooDamnSarky we need to remind ourselves and teach our daughters, and sons, what is and is not acceptable. At the first sign of inappropriateness we need to feel free to move away mentally and physically from the threat without endangering our studies or work.
In some ways I feel it is easier these days to prove the inappropriate behaviour, texts, .messages on Facebook, personal recording devices (although I know the law on what one can record may be hard). But maybe a lecturer would give agreement to be recorded, if they had nothing to hide.

That tells you that the investigation was a sham. If it was genuine they would not have promoted him, IMHO, until they knew he was cleared.
