Interesting article on hormones

Basically says - understanding your hormones helps you understand your general health and mood. Lots of women don't because of the pill. Comments are as misogynistic as you'd expect.

I read this earlier- which was timely, as I have been in a bIt of a shitty mood the last couple of days, and today my period arrived. I much preferred this article than one I read a couple of weeks ago which said any symptoms (psychological or physiological) are in our heads. I realised at the end that it had been written by a man Hmm.
I am pretty sure my clumsiness, irritability and then pain are not "in my head". That said, we are done with kids so I'm no longer tracking which means I just wonder why I'm so ducking miserable... until...

The pill saves my life each month, understanding I have pmdd means fuck all in comparison to the pill taking it away with zero sure effects
