I think I want to see more older women (and - as Gaby Hinsliff points out - not just older women who have weirdly avoided ageing). I've thought this for many, many years now. The fact I'm still thinking this, is, of course, a bit depressing. On the plus side, the situation is better than it was when I was younger - which suggests to me that pressure will result in change. So we need to keep the pressure up.
