An excellent article on the problems inherent in gender self-identity and a petition to have the author silenced and reprimanded

I came across both this article by Kiri Trunks and the petition to silence her this morning on the Gender Critical subReddit and thought it was worth sharing both here.

I've flagged the petition and objected to it on the grounds that it misrepresents the content of the article and is an attempt to silence debate, and damage the author professionally and personally.

I'm boggled by the nut. Now they've merged with alt, do all alt agree? What was their previous stance, does anyone know?

I find this chilling also regarding the charity that the government are promoting that seems to be also part by trans activists. I can't remember it's name but it was promoting diversity. It was mostly good but heavy on the trans being the 'ultimate truth'.

The ATL and NUT merge on the 1 September 2017 and will have a new name. Perhaps that is why the NUT have put out their statement now.

Sunkisses that letter gives me a glimmer of hope. Not everyone has drunk the koolaid.
