Never heard of her till listening to Desert Island Discs today. Might have to read some of her novels now.

Not heard of her either. I didn't hear it this morning but I see she chose Noir Desir's Le Vent Nous Portera which was on an endless loop on Italian music channels in the summer of 2002. I discovered the rest of the album wasn't anywhere as good.

She was interesting and I loved her choice of music and her reasons. Am currently checking out her novels to buy. She is ace.
