And was convicted in 2015 after being caught with explicit bestiality porn (see here). 9 months suspended sentence for this despite the offence crossing the custody threshold.

Also has a long list of previous convictions, including two suspended sentences, for driving offences, verbal abuse, and criminal damage.

Makes you wonder what he actually has to do to get locked up!

DJBaggy, that's shocking. Cautions being given out for committing rape, FFS. No wonder so many men rape. Chances are they won't ever be reported. If they are reported, chances are it will never even get to court. If it does get to court, well, you can still be fairly confident that you'll be walking out a free man.
When the excuse given is that 'it wouldn't be in the victim's best interests to go to court,' you surely have to start questioning the treatment of vulnerable victims in the court system.
