How about www.pinkstinks.co.uk

Brilliant thanks Thelilywhite.

Does anyone know of any websites which celebrate women and their achievements? My DD is almost 7 and starting with the girls can't ... nonsense.

I do try to point out amazing when (Jo Pavey, Jessica Ennis Hill, Dr Helen Sharman etc) but it would be great to have a go to site.

Not sure about websites but the book "Girls are Best" might be worth a look? Possibly for younger girls.

Mighty Girl is an American site but has extensive lists of books and other resources which celebrate girls and women. If you follow them on FB you'll see lots about inspirational women around the world, including lots of young girls/women who have won awards or made scientific achievements. Lots of talking points.
