Anti-street harassment police teams in India

An interesting article and clip about anti-street harassment police teams which have been set up in a state in India which I thought some may be interested in:

I think it's excellent to see this being taken seriously and targeted action being taken against it.

Wow great idea - but not so sure about the implimentation. I would feel more comfortable with mixed squads to make sure they don't behave like ineffective, menacing goons.

Indeed Guardian, not perfect but promising, I think. I particularly enjoyed the all women undercover officers at the start of the clip. There are some fantastic groups in India including the Gulabi Gang who do similar work.
