How upset are you when you are called a feminazi? And why?

For me, the insult to me is almost always water off a duck's back. I just hate the underthinking misappropriation of Nazi. It's like breadtapo...............

Bertrand is correct. Only MNHQ would known passwords. The only users who can do anything with the boards are the NightWatch and they have limited powers.

It doesn't upset me as such. But I see it as an expression of hatred and misogyny, whether it is a man or woman saying it. To use the term, you must really hate the idea that some women are prepared to stand up for their rights.

You've changed your password now, surely? To something that is less likely to be used in general discussion, something long with numbers and special characters that isn't a dictionary word.

'Femin-twatsie' was invented by a goady poster on another thread, who thought it was a hilarious way to insult feminists in a way that sounds almost identical to 'feminazi' but wouldn't get deleted. (MN had deleted a post using the word 'feminazi' in that thread).
