How upset are you when you are called a feminazi? And why?

For me, the insult to me is almost always water off a duck's back. I just hate the underthinking misappropriation of Nazi. It's like breadtapo...............

Are you saying am I wrong then: that fenaminazi is used to insult people as the deffition normally doesn't suite the insult.

Of course it's used to insult people! But I disagree that the 'definition' you gave is correct - it's used as an insult, even for women are not 'extreme' (however you define it) feminists.

Vestal & aginghippy yes, I see your points. I've mostly seen it used online and it's not a stretch to imagine that most of the keyboard warrior mynogists are bigots in other ways too.

Feminists just want to be better than men, not equal Well in this case they already are, they are not concerned with bringing people down because of their genitalia.

It's the sort of slur - like TERF & SWERF - that says very bad things about the person who uses it and bugger all about the person being attacked. The conflation of feminist and Nazi shows that this is someone who knows nothing about feminism and has absolutely zero sense of proportion. Unless, to be fair, they're referring to the concentration camps for men and all the massacres feminists have carried out on men over the years.

I can't take it even vaguely seriously. It's not as if misogyny is new or ground breaking.
