Was just thinking about this, May be simplistic but was wondering why so many men end up being rapists, paedophiles, DV abusers, stalkers etc?

Is it something in their family background, being a victim of abuse themselves, conditioning, or something else?

That looks like nothing more than some kind of science-fiction fantasy where it is accepted that all men want is sex and we need to build a complex infrastructure in order to provide them with it. Whilst taking great care that they can't be accused of harming anyone in the process. And as sex is freely available to men on a voluntary basis from females who are (in your world) delighted to provide it that there is never any question of damage.

Treat the causes of the urges. Monitor and assess during normal medical checks for early warning signs to try to prevent it. If it does happen lock the perpetrators away and try to find why they did it and address or treat those causes!

Jms have you even stopped to consider that many sex workers are trafficked into it,do it due to addictions(drug,alcohol), poverty,homelessness,mental health etc? Or is that irrelevant in the worthy goal of providing poor needs ridden men with a warm receptacle to dip their dick in?

The current status of sex work is horrendous. There is trafficking, underage sex, abuse, violence , drugs, disease etc.. of course.
My suggestion is that it be legalised and regulated. All workers must be over 25, must pass rigorous tests including psychological, drug, and general health. Must have premises, pay tax, NI , full record of clients and ability to regulate there own environments, accounts, cctv, security recordings etc...Do all this- get a licence- get regularly checked both personally mentally and physically and for business H&S

Rebel your list of reasons for rape is partially contradictory and nconsistent and partially true but even where it is true it's not mutually exclusive to rape driven by sexual urges.
Some men do rape their mothers, and some rape children but the majority of rape is comitted against women of child-bearing age.
I also think your right about some of your other reasons but mainly in other cultures- African etc.... where rape is most prevalent.

The approved uniform would have to involve PPE to fit in with health and safety legislation which would class semen as a potentially harmful substance due to risk of infection. Thanks to the poster who pointed this out on another thread!
