I have a male colleague who considers himself very 'right on' but who has a real problem understanding how female exploitation operates in the culture.
For instance any highly sexualised public image of a young singer or actress he sees as the woman using her sexuality to exploit silly old men, the responsibility lying fully with the 'scheming 'woman.
I want to offer him another viewpoint as lightly and easily as possible so if any of you can recommend some good feminist vlogs/cartoons/quotes that would be v helpful.
(By the way, I work in a male dominated industry and have battled sexism for years. I don't always tiptoe around this stuff, and have tackled things head on and sometimes involved HR, but equally I don't want to always put myself under pressure to shout people down).
