Anyway reading FWR over the past few months has re-radicalised me. I've been reading lots here and wider.

On BBC3 program on transgemder teen's the doctor just said "creating a vagina". Are doctors redefining vagina as pocket rather than a passage? Makes me want to screem.

I just googled the porn star that Fulvia is basing her surgery on. There is no resemblance whatsoever. Well, apart from the fact they both have 2 eyes, a mouth and a nose.

How should we deal with and mitigate for this risk (a TW gynaecologist / nurse conducting a gynaecological examination of a woman) right now?

From the informed guess that OneFlew gave earlier, there could be approximately 1,575 TW employed by the NHS at this very moment.

Is there any requirement currently for a HCP who simply claims to be a woman to prove she is a guaranteed woman before being able to perform intimate medical examination on female patient.

Should all female HCPs have to provide evidence of the truth of their biological womaness?

Otherwise how could anyone be absolutely sure?

Slow - it would be professional misconduct for an transwoman HCP to treat a woman who only wanted to be treated by women.

There is no need for evidence or proof, as long as we trust our HCPs (and if they're about to shove things into me, I hope that I can).

Accepting as a woman though isn't something that we can gatekeep - it's just something that is, and whilst that poor person has used cosmetic surgery to transform themselves into a terrible parody of womanhood, they are not a woman. No acceptance needed.

It kind of gives a new respect (?) to stephonknee. At least she owns her transageism, unlike every other autogynephile i have seen (Jenner for eg nicking Jenners daughters clothes, not Jenners wives clothes...)
