Radio 4 How Does That Make You Feel?

Did anyone hear today's episode?

The first series was very funny, particularly Roger Allam in Peter Mannion mode which was also Monday 's episode.

However today's episode is basically a joke about how rape jokes aren't funny. And was about as funny as rape jokes.

well. it wasn't funny. But then I don't think the series is actually funny.

It did neatly highlight what a prat he was. But I found it too simplistic and a bit dated. I can't imagine there are many as obviously ignorant as that. Most people have more awareness of what is acceptable surely? (Even is actions don't match their words)

Should add I'm confused by what Radio 4 was trying to do with this.

If it was supposed to be a serious consideration of the mindset of the main character the very light hearted and funny lead in failed miserably.
