I'm struggling to formulate my thoughts about this. WTAF?? kind of covers it.

If his opinion didn't carry so much weight, it'd be so stupid it's funny. Under which rock has that man been living all these years?

The fact that even being a 'part-time lesbian' will mostly likely result in this woman being raped and imprisoned (if not killed) if she returns, seems to have passed that idiot by.

Leaving aside the absolute nonsense, does his logic not apply the other way around too? She can't be heterosexual because she has "indulged in same-sex activity". Therefore, she isn't safe in her country of origin. Therefore she has grounds for asylum.

Just to be clear - I'm not agreeing with his logic. Just wanted to point out that applying his logic leads to a good reason for her to be granted asylum.
