I need to remember my rapes to heal

Can anyone help me heal from my rapes, im lost

Maybe go to the GP ask for some kind of specific therapy to help with recollection of trauma? Sorry if not helpful didn't want to read n run

I'm sorry you are going through this, damagedali. Your best chance of help, in my opinion, is to ring Rape Crisis - they have a great deal of experience in supporting women, and will be able to give the kind of advice that you need.
