I have complained to the Director of the company who has "taken it on board" and said it will come down on the 21st of October, don't know what else can be done. Anything I can do about it ?

That's okay - you won't see it on their page until they retweet it. The Advertising Standards Authority does still exist and I would definitely report it to them too.
