I have an adult blog on tumblr and I post adult content. I follow other blogs like this which will openly post porn etc. Thats why I followed them. But, a lot of the time, they post things such as
"I hate men! Men are all pigs and rapists! Kill all men! I am a feminist!"
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't feminism all about equality? why are they like this?
I come home to a DP who treats me like a princess. If I say no, it's no. He'll open a door for me and all that crap (one thing these tumblr feminists don't like, is they HATE men doing ANYTHING for them. I don't understand why.) He is NOT a rapist, a pig, he can be an idiot but thats why we love our DPs. Apparently I am a shit woman for having a male P.
I got a compliment from some guy in the street saying I looked good on a night out. he asked me if I had a boyfriend and I said yes I do, so he said ah man cool have a good night then walked off and congratulated my partner for having me! According to tumblr feminists, he raped me just by looking/talking to me. Anyone want to tell me why?
These people think that if you are transgender (FtM) you are just as bad as a man because you identify as a man.
And also, these people like to make words up for themselves. Like, "I am a transfat feminist who is schizophrenic and has PTSD, I am triggered by anything to do with fattism and the colour Teal."
are these people serious?
Like, I'm all for equality. I just want everyone to be equal but under no circumstances can I see these girls/women to be feminists when they don't want men, they hate and want to kill men and all transgendered men and bring their sons up as girls.
This is not feminism is it?
Are they being serious?
It winds me. Anyone who can not wind me and still answer this OP will get a Cake & Brew Grin

Not at the cake chat, to clarify. At the thread.

I find the cake chat perfectly comprehensible.

You know sometimes you read a thread starter and you feel you have wandered into a parallel universe….

Oh shit, my user name is an intangible.

I am an octopus though. Definitely.

An awesome intangible, though.

I feel AF and Penguins kind of win here, though.

I am pretty chaotic, if I'm honest.

That OP was a masterpiece of twattery. I fair filled out a bingo card just from that, and that really is a rarity.

I'm a scallop. I think like this. Those fucking men keep trying to eat me though. I think I have good cause to hate them.

You r a great scallop as well, which means something in these troubled times.

I was a huge star in children's television in the 80s, beloved by millions.

Since then work has been much harder to come by, and so I have a lot of time to spend on here.

Things are looking up though, I have high hopes that the forthcoming Star Wars "reboot" will raise interest in thespians with my particular talent set.

I am shocked to find out that all of you are telling lies via your usernames though Shock

I would have expected better from a homogenous group of another person's stereotype.

I really do have a curl. Several in fact.

Am I missing something? Is Tumblr entertaining?

It's just how we women are, seven. Sad

Inherently mendacious and inclined towards nominal misrepresentation.

mendacious is a great word...

Oh yes that sums women up nicely, and feminists especially.

Nice work LRD!

It brings to mind Keanu Reeves, but I think that was bodacious which is an entirely different thing...

I've been on a site called 4chan. It's full of hateful immature men who hate women and like harassing them. I'm so concerned that all men endorse this behaviour as I don't see any man condemning them, it's most worrisome. Are they serious? They simply must be because well, if you can't trust everything posted on the net then what can you trust? If only someone could reassure me that all men aren't hateful scum (but please don't piss me off).
Tis most vexatious.

mendacious is a great word...

I hoped so fervently that there'd be a question about miracles in my philosophy of religion final paper so that I could use the line "mad, muddled or mendacious." There was. I got to use it. Delighted.

Mendacious is a great word. It's a really great sounding word.

Another word I like the sound of is eclectic. Could also be used to describe women.

Report
scallopsrgreat · 01/09/2014 19:20

I seem to also like the word great Hmm. Similarly, it could also be used to describe women.
