Um, yeah. I might have been more impressed with this speech if I didn't know his history, sorry. Unless he's had a Damascene moment, I think he's just courting popular support in order to cover the fact that he hasn't delivered a single one of his election promises.... apart from the ones allowing big businesses to remove people from land they want to develop by force.
