Perception of equality at work reference

Hello - please can anyone point me in the direction of a reputable citation for perception of gender equality in groups? I have in my head that at 30% women, men in a group perceive equality, and at 50% women, men in a group perceive dominance. But I don't know where to start looking for the reference, and I would like a reference if anyone can help?
Thank you

Partly bumping for you.

All I know is that 30% women is said to be the"critical mass", so to speak.

I don't propose this link itself, but it references 2 papers (shows you ehere I found the refs) - the apparent originator of "critical mass" theory and a later one, are they any good? Or is it specifically men's perceptions you're after?

Thanks idealist. It was specifically male perception of female presence in a group. But thank you very much for digging out the great article - a more positive take on it!

Those figures sound familiar.

Can't find anything that backs them up, though.

However about women speaking

about women in media
