Sexism YouTube clip

Hi,
Does anyone remember there was a really great youtube clip floating around a while ago - basically just a woman doing a brilliant monologue to camera about sexism and music videos etc. I can't remember who it was and I wanted to share it with a friend.

It was a woman staring straight at the camera and just talking. Almost like a poem? Think she was British too.

I thought it had something to do with everyday sexism but couldn't find it searching for that. Maybe it wa something they linked to on their twitter feed. I stopped following them as was too depressing.
