Is there an app for that?

So I was wondering about the fact that so little sexual harassment is reported: catcalling, groping, etc. and I was thinking about EverydaySexism. And I wondered whether there would be value in an app that could be used to record information about harassment incidents and use the power of big data to identify risks and take action. Does such a thing exist?

I had in mind that it would be anonymous, but allow for capturing data that allows patterns to emerge, both about attackers and the people they attack, eg hair colour, age band, etc. and that it would offer a "report to..." Facility (police, rape crisis centre, etc).

What do people think?
