Hi Ladies,
have any of you ever beat up a boy? I was beat up by a girl at school and wonder how common it is?

".. wonder how common it is?"

It is immensely common to brawl in public, regardless of sex of participant.

I beat up a boy (who was bigger than me) at school: he was bullying a smaller boy, something that he used to do on a regular basis. Not proud of it, but someone needed to stop him, the teachers were useless and nothing else had worked. It stopped him.

Disclaimer: this was the 1950s and the past is a different country, so they say. Grin

Why do you ask, Plymouthsupporter?

TheDoctrineOfSnatch · 03/04/2014 17:12

Hello and welcome to FWR and to Mumsnet.

To fit in round here, please select three or more random numerals and append them to your username.

We thank you for your assistance and look forward to assimilating you into the collective.

Ludways · 03/04/2014 17:16

Yes, I once beat up a Plymouth supporter when I was at school.

sisterofmercy · 03/04/2014 17:17

It's common and it's wrong.

Next!

Minnieisthedevilmouse · 03/04/2014 17:18

Depends. I punched a boy at age 14 for making crude jokes about me to others.

My mum was called up the school. So was his. Dunno what happened/can't remember. Must have been v small as I became a prefect.

Quite what is this doing here not chat?

Plymouthsupporter · 03/04/2014 17:18

Hi Lurciovesfrankie,

I hope your well, i was the only boy at my school to get beat up by a girl, i just wonder if other people know of similar cases.

Good point, Ludways - last footie match I attended was in the Cliff Bastin end (in the terraces) which Plymouthsupporter should be familiar with (if only viewed from a distance from the away supporter section. What can I say other than "Oooh, ah, Exetah!" (Doesn't quite have the ring of "Ooh, Ah, Cantona" but at least we clawed our way back into the league).

CaptChaos · 03/04/2014 17:30

I have 'beaten up' a couple of men. It was in the guise of Wu Shu Kwan though, does that count?

I've been beaten up as well.

Shouldn't you have numbers after your name? Or are you getting craftier now? No numbers to fox the stupid females?

grimbletart · 03/04/2014 17:36

Plymouth gives it away by using the word "ladies".

Mitchy1nge · 03/04/2014 17:40

am always doing it

am an actual danger to male society

actually I really did fairly recently (last year) smash a man's face into a brick wall and knock him out but I have a severe mental disorder and he was doing a wee on my property

Thouneedsbedamned · 03/04/2014 17:43

I have engaged in fisticuffs with both men and women.
I have never lost.
They have been left with more facial craters than the surface of the moon.

Why? Wanna go? Huh?

I also kill at least two of my male partners EVERY WEEK

but as an enminged person am naturally deceitful and better at hiding the bodies than one of the schlongbeasts

this is how we get away with it Shock

hope this thread gets deleted soon as if have not chatted enough shit online as it is today

Thouneedsbedamned · 03/04/2014 17:51

Mitchy Do you not just swallow them whole after coitus? Hmm

Mitchy1nge · 03/04/2014 17:53

I used to but now I have more self respect (also am restricting my calorie intake while not training as hard)

Thouneedsbedamned · 03/04/2014 17:54

Kudos Mitchy.

Full of fat and bullshit anyway Wink

Onesleeptillwembley · 03/04/2014 17:57

Mitchy
Would that be enminged or enfoofed?

Mitchy1nge · 03/04/2014 17:58

I don't acknowledge 'foof' just minge

CheesyBadger · 03/04/2014 17:59

No, although I did poke my cousin in the eye a lot when he came along when I was 18 months. Gender was irrelevant, he just stole the limelight

Onesleeptillwembley · 03/04/2014 18:01

Mitchy, what about Minky?

CheesyBadger · 03/04/2014 18:01

Some girls at school thought it was funny to beat up boys as they wouldn't fight back,

CaptChaos · 03/04/2014 18:34

My DH was beaten up by a female when he was at school.

He says it was horrible.

He also says that most violence against both men and women is perpetrated by men. This might be because he isn't a complete idiot. He's not an MRA joke either. I rather like him Smile
