How come (according to dm) fathers must work but when mothers work they are abandoning their children?

Why does the role model argument apply to one gender and not the other?

What if mother is breadwinner and father is sahp?

Or is it just a load of crap?

Urgh, just read the first few lines and I see this "The Department of Health report found that children need a stable figure who goes to work and provides for them" followed up with the Mail captioning their stock photo "The report said that children needed stable father figures who provided for them".

Fuck the Mail.
