I'm sorry this is not on. There ARE laws against false rape allegations, this is not the way. A digital lynch mob on the say so of some bloke on the internet with an axe to grind isn't the answer.
The way this guy should proceed if he wants to highlight this issue is to widely propagate his own story of being falsely accused, lobby for law enforcement to take situations like his own seriously, and get involved with or start support groups for men who have been falsely accused.
The other thing that grinds my gears on this sort of thing is how this always gets presented as an either/or situation. Like somehow you have to be either against rape or false accusation of rape. Both are reprehensible, both are criminal, and no decent society should tolerate either.
