'Spare Rib' on The Big Reunion, Radio 2 now..

I never post in this topic, but as a buyer of Spare Rib in my 20s, it's very interesting!

Hi Jellykat, I recorded this (on my swanky yummy digital radio) from R4 and listened to it a couple of days ago. So good to hear a conversation between a group of women, lots of disagreement and difficulties in their history, lots of laughing. Wish I'd been born earlier so I could have felt part of that movement. Also the first five minutes (where the programme typically uses historical clips and pertinent 'hits' of information) was a good reminder of what feminists have achieved and what was expected of women in the 1970s.
