Feminism: Sex and gender discussions

Feminism funded by the Rockefellers to break up marriage and family

For many years I always knew deep down that feminism had an agenda. It was obvious to me that it was a man hate movement, masquerading as equality. But not so long ago I discovered, from a man who use to be friends with one of the Rockefellers, that the Rockefellers funded feminism in the 1960's for the purpose of creating a battle of the sexes, to get women into work so they could be taxed, and to cause conflict between the genders. They wanted fathers out the way and wanted to make women independent. But when you think about it, many women today are dependent on the state. If many women are dependent on the state, then they're not really independent are they? What the Rockefellers wanted was to make women dependent on the state instead of their husbands. Look up on google, "How the Rockefellers re-engineered women."

Rockefellers ? Pfft, couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag.

The real Overlords and Overladies don't share their plans with the little people.......

I'm a feminist. Where do I apply for my grant?

Mind you, I'm also happily married to a man, so I'm probably failing the man hate thing. Perhaps that's why I haven't got the cash yet. Or maybe grimbletart nabbed it all in the 1960s when it was first up for grabs .

I am on a stipend from our alien lizard overlords, though. So you're partly right.

Where's Oracle gone? Has he been kidnapped by an alien lizard? Or did the Rockefellers put a contract out on him?

The Rockefellers funded feminism by making sure it got all over the news papers. The agenda was to create a battle of the sexes and to get women into work so they could be taxed. Don't worry. On judgment day feminism will be cast into hell :)

Aw. That's sad, Organic.

Still, burning bras won't be a problem in hell. Silver lining and all that.

Why is it a bad thing for women to pay taxes?

Report
Pachacuti · 15/08/2013 20:34

That would be a marvellous theory, Organic, if women hadn't been working for millennia. Look at any agricultural neighbourhood before the end of the nineteenth century and the working-class women are all... well... working. (as are most of the children). The same went for the cities post-Industrial Revolution -- women and children generally worked. The idea of a wife at home managing the house and children but not being economically active was a very short-lived experiment in the early-mid twentieth century. And even then women worked in traditional "male" occupations during the First and Second World Wars. Creating feminism just to get women into work, when (apart from the social elite) that had been their default mode of existence throughout most of human history, seems a bit daft/pointless.

Also, could you clear up whether the agenda was to tax women (so that they contributed to the public purse) or to push them onto welfare (so that they took money out of the public purse)? You've claimed both at various points in your posts.

Pachacuti Sure these Wiley feminists have got Organic all confused what with their evil working.
Maybe the reason women may depend on welfare is because employment is not geared towards those who have young children and in the event of a marriage/partnership break down the majority of women (speaking of my own country,Ireland) have the children the majority of the time, thus making employment difficult and the poverty trap worse.

FRMD, stop with the reasoned arguments.

I am a failed feminist, I too am married to a man. I actually quite like him. I quite like lots of men (not in the same way as I like DH, he gets a bit upset if I do and tries to break out of the kitchen)

Did the Rockefellers want women dependent on the state or did they want women to PAY taxes?

Which is it? At least apply some internal logic to your weird fantasies.

glen you are right, why was I trying to apply logic to nonsense Grin.
I am married to a man too but its only out of spite so I can berate him with feminist rants in the hopes that his balls shrivel up and fall off in despair.

Were the Rockefellers also responsible for the women's suffrage movement? If so, (a) why did they kick back and have a bit of a holiday before kicking off feminism as a whole later on in the 20th century (b) how the heck did they get to eighteenth-century Sweden? (c) why did they have such a thing about the Isle of Man, which most Americans haven't even heard of?

I do want to thank the OP for a real shift in Overton Window. Ever since I peaked too early (fnarr) with the lizard thing, I've felt really upset and inadequate, and (by way of compensation) it's led to an almost overwhelming urge to keep posting things like "what about the lizardz", or to "newtsplain" things. It's been a real eye-opener into the ishoos men/lizards/newts/rockerfellers/common-or-garden misogynists/the illuminati (delete as applicable) struggle with on a daily basis.

But wait....apparently the Rockefellers also wanted to microchip the population. Perhaps they succeeded. Imagine that, OP.....microchipped robot feminists...WE ARE EVERYWHERE.
