I am a couple of years posting and lurking here and I feel my eyes have been opened to what is really going on,the obvious sexism and male privilege that was so indoctrinated that I didn't notice it. How could I not have? Previous opinions have changed and I now view everything from a feminist point. I am not afraid to challenge people on their sexism,or inappropriateness.

I was just going to post . But then it's a double-edged thing. Once I started noticing the thing is just relentless... Ho hum. But I firmly believe that we should all take our stand and at least make a little difference in our own small corner of the world. So , after all.

That's great to hear, Sleepy. I mostly lurk too, but feel a huge debt of gratitude to those who do post on these boards, and sometimes in real life I do talk about these things and not let idle sexism slide. So also.
