Female superheroes?

I am wracking my brains trying to think of female superheroes that I can dress DD (3.5) up as for "superhero, child safety week" next week at nursery (letter home in bag tonight)

Thoughts so far:

Cat woman (don't want a 3yo in a skintight catsuit, ugh)

Princess Leia (not sure if I can get the hair right, issues with sending her into nursery with a big megablaster type gun).

I don't want to dress her as spiderman or batman etc ...but I am struggling to think of female superheroes tbh!

You could dress her as a real person who has achieved something amazing....Marie curie...flo nightingale.....Jessica Ennis...all pretty super

One of the female Incredibles? Would be quite easy - red t-shirt, red leggings and a black mask, plus a logo safety pinned on. Quite hard to find ones that aren't just 'female version of male character' or ridiculously over-sexualised.

I am going as super girl, proper character, she's supermans cousin and I have always wanted to dress like her since the film in the 80s

I saw it on on PBS,an American channel but I'll look and see if I can found out what it was called for you guys
