I also feel that it depicted goats in quite a negative light. They're quite simple, peace loving animals really, and I can't see the poor creature could possibly have hurt anyone in the manner depicted. This could set animal rights, particularly the rights of goats back decades...
Or then again, maybe it's just a really bad, ill-thought out unfunny commercial!
