Not too sure about the sentences, but I'm very, very glad to read this verdict.

They have got the minimum of a year I think.

Yup, they got one year, the minimum they could get.

Near that area, a homeless woman using a friend to get her child in a better school (by using her address rather than the homeless shelter) got three.

This is the view of the system.

Really? I always thought for some reaon that the US locked up and threw away the key !
