......that talks about misogyny gets derailed in exactly the same way. Coincidence?

My dissertation was about the Suffragettes and I can confirm that now women have the vote their is no need for feminism.

LRDtheFeministDragon · 24/01/2013 17:29

I think some women are just very damaged and it has made them bitter about men, AF. Sad

Btw, I've just read a primary school textbook about history and it doesn't mention women, so that proves they didn't exist in the past. They've just been made up in Modern Times to plague men and raise the price of houses.

SaskiaRembrandtVampireHunter · 24/01/2013 17:37

Also, let's not forget that while we're sauntering around looking all alluring in our Laura Ashley frocks and our feminazi boots, we're distracting the men from important men stuff by making them all aroused. And as everyone knows, it's just not possible for the poor dears to control themselves. So the next time a man tells you to get your tits out for the lads - it's really not his fault, it's you and your frock, and your feminazi boots.

AnyFucker · 24/01/2013 17:52

I have sons and feminism is damaging them

runningforthebusinheels · 24/01/2013 17:53

And will nobody think of David Beckham's white socks? All this fuss over Mary Beard, but there is a male being abused too Shock

ICBINEG · 24/01/2013 17:59

can I come sob a bit too?

ICBINEG · 24/01/2013 17:59

ohh I was post 57 but I don't think it was a derailer...

FastidiaBlueberry · 24/01/2013 18:01

Look it's just not an issue. It has nothing to do with feminism. Just because it might affect women disproportionately and be a political, social or relationship issue, that doesn't mean it needs to be analysed from a feminist perspective - in fact, it can't be. Stop doing it, you should be concentrating on FGM or something else I've decided is more important.

LRDtheFeministDragon · 24/01/2013 18:04

It only affects SAHMs who should be rounded up and shot, anyway. I've never had kids so I am excellently placed to explain that you really should all be getting jobs and leaving your children in the care of the local skivvy (who doesn't really count as a woman on account of being Not Quite Our Class).

TheCrackFox · 24/01/2013 18:06

You are all over thinking this.

Absy · 24/01/2013 18:08

Look, my great aunt Frida twice removed once said that David Cameron's face is a bit like a penis, so,you know, you wimmin are just all making it up and men have it just as bad

runningforthebusinheels · 24/01/2013 18:09

"Evening Ladies. I hope you don't mind me posting here, when I have genitalia of the male variety ^ and I just want to explain^ to you all why misogony mysoginy misogyny doesn't exist..."

"Oooh goody....!"

garlicblocks · 24/01/2013 18:09

Well, I was raped. This trumps all your pansies, dirndls and pretty frocks! It means I know more about sexist oppression than anybody else in the whole wide world. And it wasn't the menz faultz really, it was society's for telling me to go out in a miniskirt and a see-through top.

If society respected women's modesty, the menz wouldn't have to go round letting their penises rape people. Fact.

TheCrackFox · 24/01/2013 18:13

It was probably the fault of the rapists mum/wife's fault.

JustAHolyFool · 24/01/2013 18:14

God you're all so humourless. Lighten up, this is SO SOSOSOSO boring, yawntastic.

garlicblocks · 24/01/2013 18:14

Yeah, you're right! She must have emasculated him. Shock Sad Angry

runningforthebusinheels · 24/01/2013 18:15

Well all these women thinking they're allowed out of the house on their own, at night, and drinking alcohol? What are they thinking? Taking risks like that?

I don't understand what's wrong with a bit of porn. I enjoy it and have a fantastic sex life with my hubby. You're all prudes.

runningforthebusinheels · 24/01/2013 18:19

Oh, and remember to never wear heels on a night out - you'll only have yourself to blame if you can't run away from a rapist. All girls going clubbing should wear trainers.

It's a form of dance, you know. I do it with classic FM on in the background so it is improving, too.

Besides, my husband says it's classy and he knows better than a bunch of silly women.

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 24/01/2013 18:22

Any woman objecting to porn is fat and ugly, hates sex and is just jealous of the pornstars. This has been proven by modern science. HONEST.

And there's no abuse in porn - EVER. how do I know? Well you can tell, can't you - just by watching it.

runningforthebusinheels · 24/01/2013 18:28

What, having sex with your wife while she's asleep is rape now is it? Are you calling my dh a rapist? What, do I have to sign a consent form for sex now, lol.

drwitch · 24/01/2013 18:33

before i had children i used to think there was no difference between girls and boys but look at my clever ds trying to work out how the hoover works and my pretty dd using earth from the garden as a face pack. you can be as pc as you like girls but nature will out.
