Certainly an improvement on the West Mercia campaign earlier in the year. What do you think?

Scotland seem to take it all much more seriously. "This is not an invitation to rape me" from Rape Crisis Scotland, constantly updates their FB page, I can't even find a FB page for Rape Crisis England.

Great campaign

Smashing stuff. Maybe the tide will turn and more campaigns will target the message at those who need to hear it - men. Men must take responsibility for their actions and hold others accountable as well.

I wish that was the norm.

This seems to be a fantastic campaign. I think showing the careers of the men on the posters, rugby player, graphic design is a stroke of genius. Also highlights that rape isn't about dark alleys and dodgy looking blokes. It's about consent, pure and simple.

Yes Librarians like some of their stuff, more that I love a good spoonerism! Agree with the ordinary guy image. Serves two fold in my mind, anyone can take advantage of a person so think about your actions and fights a fair few rape myths in one fell swoop.

Noticed that too Slug, I've never seen a campaign that also encompassed male rape.

I also liked they acknowledged rape in same-sex relatiionships

It's great. I like how they included "I don't pressure my girlfriend for sex." Actually seeing it makes me feel a bit teary eyed.

Goodness. Scotland just seems to do so much better than England on many issues.

A quick look and I say this is good.

Far too times I've seen on Mumsnet threads people who always want to turn it round to "Blah, blah, blah, but what did the woman doooooo to DESERVE
to do to get raped?".

Also very good they have classified male rape.

Have to agree with what others have said, brilliant campaign.

Excellent campaign. I think they've covered just about everything. Love the fact they included "I know when she's asleep, it's a no". Assange, Galloway and Z List Celebrities could learn a lot from this.
