I am just disgusted but why is it that I am not at all shocked that this actually does happen?

I am posting this here rather than 'in the news' because I know this section gets visited a lot by rape-apologists and those wishing to spread rape myths.

Clearly it is not a myth that too few rape cases make it to court, that too few rapists are convicted.

And if this wasn't bad enough it seems this excuse for a police officer was involved in this case where two women killed themselves when their complaints were not taken seriously. If it was indeed suicide!

Thhis makes me fucking livid.
I hope they throw the book at him, I hope he never works in the police again, I hope this case is publicised far and wide.

He's unlikely to be the only one.

Let's hope he gets a long custodial.

apparently his lawyers are going to argue something to do with his 'physical condition' as some kind of excuse. An excuse for faking evidence, for making up lies, for putting words into victims mouths. For fucks sake.
