Yes, it's true. In Israel the unfortunate inability of men to encounter women without getting all lustful, combined with some modicum of legalism (not like those other countries where they keep the women out of sight) has led to a new product to help the men rather than imprison the women! It's sure to be the next big thing everywhere.
