it's somehow satisfying that a man like this with entitlement written all over his face will face prison, he wont feel too entitled there. he looks like a good contender for 'upper class twit of the year award' . it's people like that that think they can do what the fuck they like because of their position in society.

It's the fact that his lawyer says he's used to being outdoors so prison will be hard for him.

Just so glad that it's one of those cases where people could so easily say 'oh she was drunk, she was asking for it, she got into his car' but the judge has made it very clear that it is all the man's fault.

Why is the victim described as "pretty"? Why is that relevant? And how come the appearance of the rapist isn't mentioned?

Because there is a photo of the rapist, everyone can see what he looks like. We can't see a picture of her, so the journalist provides a description.

Sorry that should say "pretty" isn't a description, it's a judgement. A description would include her hair colour and height, pretty is an evaluation of her looks. I don't see why it's relevant to the article.
