and have already had several other councillors basically patronise and dismiss me - oh the joy!! i'm really not that young but i guess to men in their 60s/70s i probably do look like a "young lass"... think i might need to book myself some assertiveness training!

And remember you have as much right to be heard as the old dinosaurs. They are probably scared of your youth and enthusiasm, so are probably trying to out you down.

Can I ask a genuine question please.Is feminism about controlling men, having equal control with men,or not to do with control?
