Probably makes me a bad person, but I find it not that bad. It's a fact that cold makes nipples protrude and it's more easily seen on a female breast than a male, so I think it's actually a clever and funny way of demonstrating the two zones. Not every showing of breasts is sexist or misogynist.
There's other advertising I find much much worse, e.g. I still get enraged when I see Yorkie bars.
