Tootsa MacGinty

You might know them already, someone on Twitter just linked to them.

My kids are too old for them already :(

Like it, thanks!

way too expensive, can find similar in gap at half the price.

KRITIQ · 18/04/2012 18:34

I've seen it and it's cool, but yes, probably out of the price range for many families sadly.

MmeLindor. · 18/04/2012 21:40

Yes, it is a bit more expensive but I don't tend to buy loads of stuff at once. And for a one of purchase it would be good.

Wonder if they have sales.

Good quality clothes can be handed down and shared round as well. (Stuff is well cute!)

The don't go up big enough!

MmeLindor. · 18/04/2012 22:17

Yes. I used to buy from a company that is now denunct (sadly). Her clothes were lovely, but a bit pricey.

She had fab stripy tshirts and tshirt dresses, and they were washed and washed and washed. They outlasted both DC and I was able to pass them on to others.

I was in Gap recently, and DD didn't like anything at all. She wants a plain shift dress (similar to the ones on that website actually) that she can sew an overskirt onto. No idea where she came up with that idea, but it looks like we will have to make the dress first cause I can't find one in a colour that is not pink, without frills or sequins or flowers. Just plain coloured.

I asked about their sizing - they are planning larger sizes next year. Hope they hurry up.

There was a thread with loads of suggestions of not pink or sludge clothes a while ago. I think it included some companies which make larger sizes. Does anyone remember it? I can't find it.
