you total twit

Not the nanny part, the part later in the article which says that the best advice she could give to other women is to 'Forget being a successful businesswoman, just get a good husband!'

FFS.

Don't know what else to say Angry

No, neither do I. Mind, I am not surprised if she considers Rhianna a friend. I think Stella's mother would disagree with her.

I wonder if she would give this advice to her own daughters. I agree that Rhianna is no kind of role model for other women either - I used to really like her though.

Being born to very wealthy parents tends to help alot as well - not that individual women can do a helluva lot about that!

Hmm, was wondering if some kindly subeditor had replaced 'world famous multi-millionaire father' with 'good husband'. Hmph.
(Do love the look of the SS12 collection, though. With work like that to her name, why's she wittering about relationships? Would have thought she'd have more interesting things to say about textiles, aesthetics or summat.)

Lovecat · 06/03/2012 07:10

Hmmph. Never liked her since she did that pole-dancing magazine cover for POP years ago. Wasn't like she needed the publicity (not that that's any excuse).

Tbh I read this a different way. I took her to mean that one's private life is more important than one's professional life or financial success. I know that it could have been better expressed (e.g. have the career AND the perfect DP), but there you go.
