I got a new car last year. I am the registered owner. I dealt with the garage. Now all correspondence from Toyota and local garage is coming addressed to DH.

And of I phone complaining I'm sure they'll take it really seriously

I'd get your DH to write back to them informing them that he's not the keeper of this car and can they write to the legal keeper please.

Copy the letter to HO.

The same thing happened to me and I did what SGM advised. I asked him to resend the bill addressed to me. It is my car and I had booked it in and taken it for the service but the bill was addressed to Mr Clown! I refused to pay until he sent a bill addressed to me. Actually, in the end the manager of the garage apologise profusely and said he agreed with me and would change his databases. It has never happened since and I still use the garage
