Then we've got "the adult female" which is so insulting a way to term adult women. It's as if we are talking about "adult female lions" or some such. Newsflash! They are people!
Then we've got "the Indian tribesmen are vulnerable to common diseases". I wonder if the women are vulnerable too, or if they developed immunity to developee world disease by some magic of being Other.
Let's then move on to the "indians" so many times I have lost count. Couldn't you say indigenous people? Or native peoples?
