Lots of times yes. In lots of different countries too, including UK. From teen years to late 20's I'd say.

Since I've had children and have hit my late 30's it has not happened thankfully. But, I still see men who stare and I often think he could be a flasher type (perhaps total paranoia but it's something in his eyes that worries me) and I need to leave where ever we are.

only once, fairly recently. I was sitting in a traffic jam absent mindedly looking in to a window above a shop. It was middle of the day in midweek, so I suppose I could reasonably have expected the people who lived there to be at work. I saw a shape moving around but could't quite work it out because of reflections and light bouncing off it.
