Does anyone else really frigging hate it, the one with the Mum always out of focus/hidden/head cut off in the photos. It really really pisses me off, I think the tagline is "never the focus, always there" or something. Just encourages that hideous view that you must martyr yourself, you don't count anymore once you have children, just fade into the background and do fucking everything.

I think i may have ranted once too often, dd now says "it's that stupid advert" whenever it comes on, she even asks if other adverts are stupid now, I was going to post a Blush, but instead will post a proud Grin.

Well, it may be leading to expensive dental work for you, but it's a good lesson for a receptive young mind.

Persil is made by Unilver - who may well be appalled at being associated with their main rival's (P&G) patronising advert!

On the other hand, I quite like the Unilever 'dirt is good' adverts. I know dirt is good for selling more washing powder, but it is a good message about kids and play Smile
