Would you support the introduction of incitement laws based on biological sex?

Would you support the introduction of laws which were comparable to the legislation against the incitement of racial and religious hatred, but instead focused on biological sex?

For example, if a person published a bigoted, inflammatory essay about women, they could be prosecuted.

If you do support the concept of such legislation, would the possibility of feminist writers being prosecuted (and perhaps even intentionally targeted) under such a law concern you?

What do you think fem?

HerBEggs · 16/04/2011 15:32

Well let's face it it will never happen because the pornography industry would oppose it and they are more important than the welfare of society.

I think the most likely thing is that Femtastic is an antifeminist who is trying to lure people into saying things that he can then copy and paste to a the MRA website where he hangs out and say 'Look, feminists really do hate men/think all rape allegations are true' etc etc.

it has happened before.

I may be way off the mark here but if there is a more innocent explanation then perhaps Femtastic could explain his/her real view of feminism and why s/he has such an unusual posting pattern.
