Of course not

The contract will have a big old T&M portion which will becoming straight out of state funds.

SO where would you like to cut in order to make this meaningless and foolish protest.....cameron's already done libraries and surestart and other public services, so where would you propose we take the extra c. 10m that this protest is going to cost us from? Maybe from one of those green research projects. Or maybe you would like us all to pay a little more tax?
